Mr. Oseguera
Dean of Counseling
Mr. Oseguera provides academic guidance, social/emotional support, and college and career advisement to all students at Strathmore High School. He works with students to help them navigate high school and plan for life after graduation—whether that's college, a career path, or other opportunities.

Guidance Secretary
Mrs. Arroyo is the first point of contact in our Counseling Office. She helps students with transcript requests, enrollment, scholarship info, and scheduling questions. She's always ready to support students and families with care and professionalism.
