Mental Health Support
At Strathmore High School, we believe that mental health is a vital part of student success. We understand that life can bring challenges, and no one has to face them alone.
If your student is struggling with stress, anxiety, emotional health, or other personal concerns, we encourage families to connect with our Counseling Office. Our team can help determine the right level of support and, when appropriate, make referrals to services such as Hazel Heart (our district’s virtual therapy partner) or other community-based mental health providers.
Please know that reaching out doesn’t mean something is wrong—it’s just one way we help students stay healthy, focused, and supported.
For more information or a confidential conversation, contact our Counseling Office.
